Stephanie Züllig is a committed entrepreneur and experienced board member. She is considered a bridge builder in the digital age because she leads people in the digital transformation and develops successful strategies to secure the future of companies.
At Siemens, she worked for more than 17 years in leading positions (CFO, CEO) in the smart infrastructure sector and large-scale plant engineering. She has developed new business models and implemented them in the Arab world, in Africa and in Europe. She has also been responsible for shaping the global strategy for digitalization in Siemens Building Technologies. In 2018, she founded her own company, MindScale, with the goal of advising companies on their path to a successful digital future.
