About Stephanie Züllig

Stephanie Züllig is a committed entrepreneur and experienced board member. She is considered a bridge builder in the digital age because she leads people in the digital transformation and develops successful strategies to secure the future of companies.
At Siemens, she worked for more than 17 years in leading positions (CFO, CEO) in the smart infrastructure sector and large-scale plant engineering. She has developed new business models and implemented them in the Arab world, in Africa and in Europe. She has also been responsible for shaping the global strategy for digitalization in Siemens Building Technologies. In 2018, she founded her own company, MindScale, with the goal of advising companies on their path to a successful digital future.

As a passionate strategist, Stephanie is a board member of the following companies: Swiss Securitas Group (Security), Vice Chairwoman at pom+ AG (Real Estate Consulting), Vice Chairwoman at ELEKTRON AG (Trade & Infrastructure), Board Member ABRAXAS AG (IT), Board Member HOLINGER AG (Water and Environment),Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Audit Committee Verkehrsbetriebe Luzern AG (Mobility), HHM Group (Engineering) and swissICT (largest IT association in Switzerland).

In 2019, she won the global Digital Female Leader Award in the Career category. This was followed in 2020 by the Female Digital Innovator award. As a mentor and guest lecturer in the EMBA Digital Leadership, she accompanies executives on their career path.
