Stephanie Züllig is a bridge-builder in the digital age. She guides people in the process of digital transformation and develops business models between new and old environments. At Siemens, she has gained over 17 years of industrial experience, focusing on large scale plant engineering and building services. She has developed new business models and introduced and implemented them as an international managing director in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. As an entrepreneur and board member, she represents the digital competences for strategy, technology, processes and people. This is particularly the case in the security (Securitas Group), engineering (HHM Group), energy and infrastructure (ELEKTRON AG), consulting and services for real estate (pom+), IT (emineo AG) and mobility (vbl AG) sectors. With her own company MindScale, she accompanies companies on their way to a successful, digital future.
In 2019, she won the global Digital Female Leader Award in the category “Career”. In 2020, the Female Digital Innovator Award followed. She passes on her knowledge at the HWZ in Zurich in the EMBA Digital Leadership and CAS Digital Real Estate courses. As a mentor, she accompanies mentor young people on their career path and seeks to encourage women to take on leading roles in the business world.
